The Art of Living
Based on the national bestselling book "Good Life, Good Death" by Gehlek Rimpoche, this course explores how the Tibetan Buddhist perspective can be utilized by anyone, of any faith, to bring depth, meaning and joy to daily life. An ideal introduction for new and less experienced students.

The Three Principles of the Path (Part I)
This course presents three central themes on the path to enlightenment: the determination to be free from suffering, compassion for others, and wisdom. A transcript of Gehlek Rimpoche’s teachings on these subjects serves as course material. Open to all.

Creating Space: Clarity and Insight through Meditation
Meditation is the basis of the spiritual path and the cornerstone for a focused daily life. This course provides instruction in the basic elements of meditation – breathing, posture, stabilizing the mind, coping with distractions as well as establishing a daily meditation practice. An ideal introduction for new and less experienced students.
