WHITE TARA PRACTICE SESSIONS
Tara is the mother goddess of Tibetan Buddhism, known for her quick and compassionate activity. Join us for guided meditation and group practice sessions in the healing and long-life practices of White Tara. These sessions are an ideal introduction to Tibetan Buddhist meditation for new and less experienced students. Experienced students will enjoy the chance to practice with a group.

The Three Principles of the Path (Part I)
This course presents three central themes on the path to enlightenment: the determination to be free from suffering, compassion for others, and wisdom. A transcript of Gelek Rimpoche’s teachings on these subjects serves as course material. Open to all.

Creating Space: Clarity and Insight through Meditation
Meditation is the basis of the spiritual path and the cornerstone for a focused daily life. This course provides instruction in the basic elements of meditation – breathing, posture, stabilizing the mind, coping with distractions as well as establishing a daily meditation practice. An ideal introduction for new and less experienced students.
