NEW INTRODUCTORY CLASS
Gateway to the Spiritual Path
The main focus of this course is developing a reliable spiritual foundation. A course book compiled from Gelek Rimpoche’s transcripts Transforming Negativities and Three Principles of the Path will provide the basis of study for this course. This class is an ideal introduction for new or less experienced students.

Wednesdays 7 to 8:30 pm for 8 weeks

Lam Rim I: The Initial Scope – Section Three
The Lam Rim, or stages on the path to enlightenment, precisely outlines the entire spiritual path and is Je Tsongkhapa's most important legacy. Topics in this section include facing death realistically and what will follow death. The third in a series of linked courses to continue over the next two years that present the entire Tibetan Buddhist path based on transcripts of the extraordinary Lam Rim teachings of Gelek Rimpoche. Includes guided analytical meditation on the Lam Rim points. Open to continuing students and new students with permission of instructor.

GOM Practice Weekend
This meditation weekend intensive, offered according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, will include practice sessions with light guidance. Silence will be maintained between sessions. Practice sessions will include sitting and walking meditations. Instructors will be available for your assistance.
Location: Off-site location provided upon registration
NOTE NEW DATES: Saturday and Sunday, May 9-10
Times: Saturday 9 am to 8:30 pm; Sunday 9 am to 6 pm.
Please arrive early with time to begin on cushion by 9 am.
Cost: $30 Fee includes Saturday/Sunday soup and salad lunches and Saturday dinner. Tea/Coffee/Snacks provided for breaks. Please bring your own meditation cushion. Space is limited. Advance registration required.

Vajrayana Discussion Group – Vajra Yogini
Our discussions based on Gelek Rimpoche’s Vajra Yogini transcript are intended as a support for new Vajra Yogini initiates and as a way for longer-term practitioners to review and practice with others. Open to students who have received the Vajra Yogini initiation and teachings from Rimpoche.
