We are pleased to announce a new class offering, to begin August 3, 2006.
-- Gateway to the Spiritual Path --
This course examines basic Buddhist principles, and is based on
transcripts of teachings by Gehlek Rimpoche.
Topics include:
Do I need a spiritual path? If so, why?
What is a spiritual path?
What are our real problems?
What is mindfulness?
Analytical and Concentrated meditation
Karma
Anger and Patience
Attachment vs. Love
