The Three Principles of The Path
This course is developed and taught on the basis of Gehlek Rimpoche’s
teachings, transcripts and books. It focuses on the subjects of‘determination to be free’, ‘bodhimind’ and ‘wisdom’ with major emphasis
placed upon the first principle - and within that, primarily the four
noble truths.
The course will run for 24 weeks, each session including a presentation
by the instructor, opportunity for discussion, and guided meditation.
Time: Thursdays from 7:30 to 9 PM.
The class will meet 24 Thursdays starting January 18.
Location: Chateau Development Leasing Office

Cost: $50 for non-members - collected at the first meeting

Deepening Awareness: *The Practice of Mindfulness Meditation
* Becoming more aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations through
meditation opens the door to understanding the nature of our mind and
how it creates our experience. This course is open to all, but is
recommended to follow Creating Space: Clarity and Insight Through Meditation
Time: Sundays from 7 to 8:30 PM.
The course runs for 8 session starting February
18th and ending April 22 (No sessions on Mar 4,
Mar 25).
Location: Nebraska Wesleyan University campus, Lincoln
Room SC110 of the Smith-Curtis building.
Fees: $40; collected at the first class meeting.
