Foundation of All Perfections
On Thursday evenings while Gehlek Rimpoche is away, Jewel Heart will continue with instructor-led discussion groups in the study of the Foundation of All Perfections. Each evening, we will study and discuss one verse of the Foundation of All Perfections, based on guidelines provided by Gehlek Rimpoche. The evening will include an introduction of the topic, group discussion and meditation.

Instructor-led Ganden Lha Gyema Course
An 8-week course on one of the most popular practices for recitation in the Tsong Khapa tradition. The Ganden Lha Gyema serves to deepen our connection with the enlightened through appreciation of the spiritual teacher and various meditational topics. This course offers instruction on the practice including visualizations and mantra. Each evening, we will study and discuss one or two verses of the prayer following guidelines provided by Gehlek Rimpoche. The evening will include an introduction of the topic, group discussion and meditation.
