SITTING MEDITATION
Meditation practice is held each Thursday evening from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.
Meditation sessions are open to all.
Practices include shamatha-vipashyna, walking meditation, compassion contemplations, and guided meditation.
Instruction is available at 5:30 p.m. for new students.
Please feel free to drop in anytime during the session. The suggested donation is $5.

YAMANTAKA STUDY GROUP
The Yamantaka study group will resume its monthly meetings on Tuesday January 16. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. at the Jewel Heart New York Centre.
For those who are practicing but haven’t participated yet, this is a good time to join. The study group is deeply enriched by the contribution of its members. Please join us as every participant adds to our collective wisdom.
