Jewel Heart Nebraska is beginning a new class:
The Three Principles of The Path, based on Gelek Rimpoche’s teaching transcripts. The Root Text of The Three Principles was composed by the great Tibetan master Je Tsongkhapa. Classes are Thursdays beginning April 5th at the Chateau Development Clubhouse.

The Three Principles of the Path course focuses on the subjects of ‘determination to be free’, ‘bodhimind’ and ‘wisdom’ with major emphasis placed upon the first principle – and within that, primarily the Four Noble Truths.
The class will be facilitated by Kent Wolgamott and Mark Weihe. The class is divided into 3 sessions, each lasting for 8 weeks. All are welcome to attend and encouraged to participate in discussion and the sharing of ideas and experiences.

Gems of Wisdom
The Dalai Lama lineage is renowned for its quintessential practice tradition. One of them, often referred to as Rinchen Trengwa or Rosary of Precious Jewels, is a spiritual practice that arouses higher states of consciousness. In these two sessions we will experiment with twelve of the Gems of Wisdom from these quintessential transformative exercises.
