Lincoln Journal Star reporter L. Kent Wolgamott interviews Gelek Rimpoche at Southeast Community College on his experiences as a Tibetan Lama, born and educated in old Tibet, and now living in America and teaching around the world. A question and answer session is planned for this event. All are welcome.

All classes are 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Chateau Leasing Office Clubhouse, 3100 South 72ndSt., Lincoln, NE. Please enter through the West doorway.

This introductory course intends to give an initial insight into the main message of the Buddha: that there is suffering and that it can be completely eliminated through one’s own efforts. Discussion group format including concentrated meditation, presentation, and guided analytical meditation.

Course fee: Members – free, Non-members – $80. Inability to pay is not a barrier. Come to the first class and discuss scholarships with instructor.
