LEARN TARA MEDITATION

Wednesdays ongoing at The People’s Church, Kalamazoo – Cancelled until further notice.

Tara is the beloved female version of Buddha, famed for quickening compassion, healing and success for practitioners and their loved ones. These practice sessions throughout the year give us an opportunity to use concentrated visualization to bring Tara energy fully present, in a spirit of joy and happiness.

• Wednesday evenings starting at 7:00pm
• Free of charge
• All are welcome to attend, beginning and experienced meditators!

3 PRINCIPLES OF THE PATH

An Eight Week Course taught by Jewel Heart instructors will discuss various methods and principles contained within Tibetan Buddhist practice. Practical meditation guidance, group discussion, Q & A sessions.

• Beginning April 16th, ending June 4th, 2019
