How the Buddha’s first teaching can help us today
A 7 week course based on the teaching ‘The Four Noble Truths’ by Gelek Rimpoche. In Buddha’s first instructions he taught us to examine our current condition, to understand its causes and to pursue a path to ultimate freedom.

TIBETAN BUDDHIST MEDITATION/STUDY GROUP
Explore in a practical way the practices associated with Tibetan Buddhism, including concentration, mindfulness, analysis and visualization.
Weekly study group meetings where we recite the Jewel Heart prayers, join in a concentrated meditation, discuss a chosen topic and finish with a guided meditation to recap the discussion.
