The Nebraska sangha plans to gather for the “GOM: Meditation for Clarity and Serenity” webinars on Thursday evenings from April 13 to June 1 at 6:00 PM to 7:30 CDT. Attendees are asked to register for GOM individually. Click here to register.

Jewel Heart Nebraska is gathering for the “How the Mind Works” webinar on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 CDT. Attendees are asked to register with Jewel Heart Programs individually. All are welcome. We will meet March 16, 23, and 30 for this series of programs at Chateau Development Clubhouse at 3100 South 72nd St. Lincoln, NE.
On Saturday March 18, Jewel Heart Nebraska will meet for the White Tara Workshop webinar from 9:00 to 2:00 CDT at the Chateau Development Clubhouse. Participants are asked to register with Jewel Heart. Registration is free of charge for this program. All are welcome.
Tara, Mother Goddess of Tibetan Buddhism, is known for quick & compassionate activity and is associated with healing & long life. Based on Gelek Rimpoche’s transcript, The Practice of the Triumphant Ma, we will learn visualization meditations relying on the feminine energy of White Tara to overcome physical, mental and emotional suffering.
On Saturday March 25, those with Vajrayogini initiations are invited to meet at the Chateau Development Clubhouse to join with fellow Jewel Heart sangha via webinar in a Vajrayogini Sadhana and Tsoh dedicated to Gelek Rimpoche. The practice will begin at 1:00 PM CDT and conclude around 5:00. Only those with Vajrayogini Initiations are invited.

Amy Hertz, a 30-year Buddhist practitioner, is the editor and publisher of some of the bestselling Buddhist books for a general audience including “The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying,” “The Art of Happiness,” “The Universe in a Single Atom,” several books by Thich Nhat Hanh and Robert Thurman as well as Gelek Rimpoche’s “Good Life Good Death.” She is a board member of Jewel Heart. She has lived in Miami, New York, and San Francisco, and is now settled in Houston, Texas where she is starting Jewel Heart Houston.
