Gems of Wisdom

The Dalai Lama lineage is renowned for its quintessential practice tradition. One of them, often referred to as Rinchen Trengwa or Rosary of Precious Jewels, is a spiritual practice that arouses higher states of consciousness. Tantra: History, Myth, and Mystery

All Tibetan schools regard tantric yoga as the crown jewel of the Buddha’s teaching. All other practices lead to appreciating tantra on the basis of sutra, which makes enlightenment in one life time possible. It is celebrated in the writings of all the Dalai Lamas and Panchen Lamas.

Glenn Mullin is a Tibetologist, Buddhist writer, translator of classical Tibetan literature, and teacher of Tantric Buddhist meditation. He lived in the Indian Himalayas between 1972 and 1984, and studied philosophy, literature, meditation, yoga, and the enlightenment culture under thirty-five of the greatest living masters of the four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Glenn is the author of over 20 books on Tibetan Buddhism, founded and directed the Mystical Arts of Tibet, and has curated a number of important Tibetan art exhibitions.
