We are delighted to invite you to join Gelek Rimpoche at the 2013 Jewel Heart Vairayana Winter Retreat. The focus of this retreat is Lama Chopa, a tremendously important devotional practice that draws us close to the guru and ultimately to our enlightenment.

Setting the conditions to deepen our relationship to the guru and our own spiritual development through offerings, purification, and blessings on our path, this time-honored practice provides us with the perfect source for full accomplishment of our purposes to benefit ourselves and others.

This retreat is open to those who have highest yoga tantra initiation. There will be a Heruka Five Deity initiation on Thursday and Friday, February 21 and 22. To learn requirements for the initiation, please contact Programs at [email protected] or 734 994 3387, extension 2.

Registration is required and seating will be based on the timing of your registration.

The teachings will be offered without charge due to the kindness of sponsors. Membership and donations are encouraged. All additional funds support Gelek Rimpoche, Jewel Heart, the teachings and the preservation of Tibetan culture. Final Check-in is required and is on Thursday, February 21, 3 – 6:30pm. The initiation will begin at 7pm. The retreat closes Sunday afternoon, March 3. Please do not schedule your departure before Sunday evening.
