Welcome to Jewel Heart
Jewel Heart is a Tibetan Buddhist learning center that follows the teachings of the Buddha by bringing this ancient wisdom to modern times. Tibetan Buddhism is distinguished by its many methods and techniques of spiritual development and for its great acceleration of the spiritual journey as presented by H.H. The Dalai Lama and the Gelugpa lineage. Jewel Heart is apolitical, respecting other traditions and religions and treating all people as equal.
Tibetan Buddhism offers profound methods for spiritual development and a path to enlightenment through compassion and wisdom. Its practices, such as disciplined meditation, the cultivation of specific qualities, and a unique understanding of the mind and reality, offer a comprehensive system for personal transformation.
What Jewel Heart Offers
Since 1987, we have provided profound yet pragmatic methods for spiritual development and a path to enlightenment through compassion and wisdom from Buddha’s teachings.
These include practices such as disciplined meditation, the cultivation of specific qualities, and a unique understanding of the mind and reality that offer a comprehensive system for personal transformation. These practices establish a perfect foundation for new learners and provide a complete practice of Tibetan Buddhism including Vajrayana.
We offer Buddha’s teachings in many forms including teachings from great lamas, scholars, and professionals. In addition, archived digital recordings and books are available.
