Taking refuge in Buddha, Dharma and Sangha is one of the core practices of Buddhism and is recommended for new practitioners in order to establish a stable practice, as well as for established practitioners to continue developing spiritual commitment, qualities, and realizing full spiritual potential.
This holiday retreat will include videos recorded by Demo Rinpoche specifically for this retreat, guided meditations and discussion sessions facilitated by Jewel Heart instructors, along with personal mantra meditation.
No set number of mantras is required.
