During these special Friday Group Practice sessions, Muza Rinpoche has graciously offered to provide memorization techniques learned by the monks for reciting daily practices. Memorization is a key component to maintaining cognitive health and well-being.

Muza Rinpoche was born in India. At the age of six, he was recognized by His Holiness the Dalai Lama as the reincarnation of the 6th Muza Tulku Rinpoche and began his monastic education at Drepung Loseling Monastery in Karnataka, India. After more than twenty years of Buddhist study, he was awarded the Geshe Lharampa degree in 2012, the highest academic qualification in the Gelug tradition, and completed advanced tantric studies at Gyudmed Tantric Monastery. Since 2014, he has taught Buddhist philosophy and meditation throughout Europe, the United States, and Asia, serving as a resident teacher and spiritual guide. He currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His aspiration is to preserve and share the wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism through teaching, meditation, and compassionate service.
