THE LIFE OF BUDDHA
In this session, you will be listening to an unedited audio recording of a public talk by Gelek Rimpoche at Jewel Heart Ann Arbor, MI in January, 2010.
In 2010, public talks on Sunday mornings in Ann Arbor were given by senior students selected by Gelek Rimpoche. Once a month Rimpoche was the morning speaker and would take that week’s topic and explore it with his audience.
In this teaching, the topic announced was “The Life of Buddha”, with the advertised description: “From his first recognition of suffering to complete victory over the cause of suffering, Buddha’s life story offers us guidance for our own lives today.”
This single session is a little under fifty minutes in length.
