To celebrate Ganden Ngam Chu, the commemoration of the life and enlightening activities of Jamgon Lama Tsongkhapa, Demo Rinpoche will give a special teaching introducing Tsongkhapa’s Essence of Eloquence. This text clarifies the distinction of the view of emptiness from the perspectives of various schools of Buddhist philosophy. According to Gelek Rimpoche, it “is one of the major, major, major texts of Buddhist practice, philosophy and theology.”
We will continue the festivities with a tsogh at 6:00pm. All are welcome. There is no charge for the tsogh but registration is required.
