JEWEL HEART 2020 WINTER MANTRA RETREATS – WHITE TARA AND CITTAMANI TARA
WHERE
Jewel Heart International
1129 Oak Valley Drive
Ann Arbor, MI 48108
WHEN
February 7 – 16, 2020
There will be two separate mantra retreats – a White Tara mantra retreat and a Cittamani Tara mantra retreat with a fire puja. Demo Rinpoche will speak to both retreat groups a few mornings during the retreats.
WHITE TARA MANTRA RETREAT
White Tara is the female manifestation of enlightened compassion and wisdom activities. A core Jewel Heart meditational practice, White Tara is particularly associated with healing, protecting, and stabilizing your life force. Her practice is especially active and helpful during these difficult times, times when our lives are often dominated by intense emotions and fear.
Demo Rinpoche will give a Thousand Armed Avalokiteshvara initiation (Kriya Tantra) on Friday, February 7th for those who would like to generate themselves as Tara during their mantra retreat practice sessions. This initiation is not a requirement for participation in this White Tara mantra retreat.
White Tara mantra retreat is open to all.
Demo Rinpoche will also offer a White Tara Workshop on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Details and registration coming soon. Winter Retreat registrants attend free.

CITTAMANI TARA MANTRA RETREAT
Cittamani Tara, as the highest yoga tantra form of Tara, empowers us to reach enlightenment within this very body, this very life.
Cittamani Tara mantra retreat eligibility requires a previous full Cittamani Tara initiation. There will be no Cittamani Tara initiation prior to this mantra retreat.
To confirm eligibility for the Cittamani Tara mantra retreat or if you have any questions, please contact programs@jewelheart.org.
