The Four Noble Truths are the first teaching Buddha gave after his enlightenment. Through recognizing suffering and understanding its underlying causes, we can rely on tools to help clear our negative attachments, build positivity, and develop to our greatest human potential.

Simple meditation starts with simple knowledge but the depth you can go to is determined by how deep that simple knowledge is.

The enlightened teaching of the Buddha was triggered by his compassionate engagement with real-world suffering.  He helped people find a life free of aggression, turmoil, and confused mind and taught that the release from fixation brings us closer to our hearts.

Demo Rinpoche says, “Everyone should get some amount of relief in their daily life from stress and tension after meditating on the Four Noble Truths. Without the right meditation, just knowledge is not that effective to get sufficient results. This spring seminar aims to find profound meditation based on knowledge and to cultivate our insights about life with Dharma friends.”
