Green Tara

Green Tara, the Tibetan Buddhist Buddha of enlightened compassionate activity, is a powerful feminine force known by many names throughout diverse spiritual traditions. Green Tara’s quick and fearless ability to help those who call upon her is completely relevant to our needs today.

CARPOOLING TRANSPORTATION
We do not offer airport transportation for arrival to or departure from Ann Arbor. We are happy to help retreat participants connect with each other for carpooling during the week. HANDICAP PARKING
If you need handicap parking, please let us know as soon as possible.

BEVERAGES/MEALS

• There will be coffee and tea offered throughout each day.
• Everyone is responsible for his or her own meals.
• People are welcome to donate food offerings for the group, such as summer salads or cold soups.
• Donations for shared lunch offerings will benefit Jewel Heart.
• Refrigerator space will be available for brown bag meals. Please mark with name and date as space is limited.

MAINTAINING THE CENTER
Please only use closeable beverage containers in the Main Assembly Hall.

A table for dharma materials will be provided.

Please participate in volunteer cleaning – Your help keeping the center clean and stocked is helpful service for everyone during the retreat.
