Enlightening our mind begins with understanding the relationship between our mind and our actions. In this retreat with Demo Rinpoche we will explore questions such as “What is the mind? Can we train the mind? How might that take shape? The Buddhist approach to training the mind includes stabilizing and analytical meditation practices focused on bringing compassion and wisdom to all we do, for the sake of ourselves and others.
In this joyful summer retreat, Demo Rinpoche will guide us through the Stages of Meditation, a meditation manual by the great ninth-century Indian master Kamalashila. This retreat is open to all levels of interest and experience. Join Demo Rinpoche onsite or online via webinar.
