The Lam Rim is a step-by-step guide on the spiritual journey to enlightenment. For this retreat, Demo Rinpoche will explain the preliminary practices required to establish a deep and stable meditation practice. The retreat will provide a focused environment to cultivate these qualities with a recognized meditation master fully trained in the Tibetan tradition.

Schedule for Monday – Saturday (except Thursday) (subject to change)

  • 8:30am – 9:30am: White Tara Guided Meditation
  • 9:30am – 10:00am: Break
  • 10:00am – 12:30pm: Morning Teachings
  • 12:30pm – 2:30pm: Lunch
  • 2:30pm – 3:30pm: Discussion Groups
  • 3:30pm – 4:00pm: Break
  • 4:00pm – 6:30pm: Afternoon Teachings
  • 6:30pm – 8:00pm: Dinner
  • 8:00pm – 9:00pm: Social Activities onsite to be announced. Times vary throughout the week. Activities include music, poetry, picnics, talent shows, nearby birding sessions, yoga stretches, and disc golf.
