Jewel Heart will celebrate the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Sunday, July 6 with a special day of events. Due to the special schedule for this Sunday, White Tara Guided Meditation and Group Discussion will not meet today.

- 10:00am Smoke puja, hang prayer flags, recite Long Life Prayer for His Holiness (Onsite only)
- 11:00am Sunday Talk about the Dalai Lama’s life with Demo Rinpoche, followed by a slide show and performances (Onsite & Online)
- Potluck and social activities following the broadcasted program (Onsite only)
