Tibetan Buddhism came through Indian Buddhism of Nalanda and Vikramshila, which focused on Transcendental Wisdom, Pure Wisdom, Logic, Metaphysics, Morality. It carries sutra and Vajrayana aspects, which are also based on the Three Higher Trainings of Morality, Concentration, Wisdom. True Spirituality is building positivity and eradicating negativity and the Lam Rim is the gradual path all the way to Enlightenment.
