What is spiritual practice?
Tibetan Buddhism is continuation of Nalanda tradition of Indian Buddhism, which has now reached the West. It’s practice is to oppose negative emotions. We have to take the teachings personal and apply them within ourselves. Learning, thinking, meditating need to be done on each point together, to purify negativities and build positivity. Welcome challenges in life as opportunity to put the teachings into practice.
