Managing Our Mind

In this talk Gelek Rimpoche emphasizes the importance of working with the mind. He says the essence of spirituality is to avoid negativity, build positivity and watch the mind. That means working on our addictions and building positive habits. In Rimpoche’s own words: “Your mind, your thought process is in your own hands. That is discipline. That is morality. That is concentration. That is caring for yourself. That is love for yourself. Love doesn’t have to be something else."
