Principles of Tibetan Buddhism
Tibetan Buddhism is based on principles of dependent origination and karma, making the individual responsible for themselves. Also it’s mind over matter, and anything can be changed and improved. The tool is meditation, which includes focus and sharp analysis. With that we can develop understanding of ourselves and transform ourselves, eliminating anger, loneliness and go to greater and greater happiness.
