In these weekly Sunday morning teachings spanning from March 2013 to December 2014, Gelek Rimpoche elaborates on the "Tibetan Buddhism" series, with the earlier sessions on the foundational Compassion for Oneself meditations, laying the ground work for the later sessions emphasizing Great Compassion for all living beings.
The Mental Faculty of intention
The mental faculty of intention draws the mind like a magnet. it is the activity of the mind itself, the karma of the mind, which then propels verbal and physical karma of virtuous, non-virtuous and neutral nature. It is very similar to motivation and guides our mind to what to do and what not to do. It keeps us grounded and on track.
