The Higher Training of Morality

Morality, as taught by the Buddha, is about basic human dignity and etiquette. We exercise morality by refraining from killing, sexual misconduct, stealing, and lying, and by keeping vows and commitments. Not only our actions are important, but also the mindset with which we engage in them.
