In this series, you will be listening to original unedited audio teachings by Gelek Rimpoche.

The rich potential of our lives is our most precious possession; the inevitability of our death our most certain and vulnerable direction.

During this 2001 retreat, Gelek Rimpoche talks frankly about these two fundamental truths, initially exploring how our experiences are rooted in confusion, fear and ego and ultimately guiding our understanding of how to best fulfill lifeโ€™s greatest potential.

Rimpoche also presents the stages of the dying process with advice on how to relate to the experience, for ourselves or for others.

With these tools in hand, we can develop appreciation and understanding of what is a good life and a good death.

To further support your experience of these teachings, we recommend Rimpocheโ€™s first book, titled Good Life, Good Death, published in 2001.

Seventeen sessions in total, they range from approximately fifty minutes to two hours in length.
